I just scheduled a home selling consultation. What happens next?

A NER team member will contact you soon to schedule your consultation, and answer any questions you may have about selling with NER. Once your consultation is confirmed, your NER Agent will connect with you to introduce themselves.

During the consultation, your agent will explain all the benefits of listing with NER, walk through your home to assess its condition and suggest fix ups, go through a comparative market analysis, and recommend a list price for your home.

How can NER charge such a low fee while offering full service?

NER’s audience and technology lets us easily reach millions of buyers and automatically target them based on the types of homes they’re interested in. We also have specialized teams who take care of creating materials for your home, running digital campaigns, and hosting open houses. All of this means your NER Agent can dedicate more time to being your advocate, negotiating offers with buyers, and delivering a result you’re happy with.

What do I get for a 1.5% listing fee?

All these come standard with every NER listing:

• Professional photos
• A 3D walk-through
• Full-color home flyers
• A NER yard sign
• Open houses
• Premium placement on MLS
• A digital marketing campaign, including emails and social media
• “Last Call” emails to get additional offers
• An Owner Dashboard to track buyer activity
• Ongoing agent advice
• And more!

How much will it cost to sell my home?

NER charges 1.5% to sell a home, with a minimum of $4900 – and only 1% when you sell a home and buy your next one with a NER agent. As the seller, you’ll also usually need to pay for the buyer’s agent’s fee, which typically falls between 2.5% and 3%. This is the case whether you sell with NER or another brokerage.
