NER charges 1.5% to sell a home, with a minimum of $4900 – and only 1% when you sell a home and buy your next one with a NER agent. As the seller, you’ll also usually need to pay for the buyer’s agent’s fee, which typically falls between 2.5% and 3%. This is the case whether you sell with NER or another brokerage.
