Step 1: Get your buyers pre-approved for a loan. We’ll pull their credit and review their income and assets via W-2s, 1040s and bank statements, all with the ease of our Doc-less process that saves them from having to gather papers. They’ll save time by knowing how much loan they qualify for before beginning their home search!
Step 2: Complete the mortgage application. Your buyers will do this once they’ve found their ideal home. Our online mortgage application makes it easy to apply when it’s most convenient for them. We’ll walk them through the entire process and even share screens in real time to make sure they’re filling it out accurately.
Step 3: Find the best rate. We work with dozens of lenders to find the best rate with the lowest monthly payment, including those available through our exclusive programs.
Step 4: Documents needed for underwriting. We’ll walk your buyer through the entire loan process and prepare them for underwriting. Before submitting their loan, we’ll provide their tax returns, W-2s, bank statements, credit history, photo ID, etc., to be reviewed by an underwriter — pulled electronically to save them time and hassle.
Step 5: The appraisal/inspection. We’ll help your buyers set up a home appraisal, where their home is evaluated against comparable homes nearby to make sure they don’t overpay.
Step 6: Closing. We’ll meet at the closing table, where your buyers will bring their down payment and sign the mortgage agreement, then get the keys to their new dream home!
